Holy Week is the most significant week of the year for Christian worship. During this week, the Church remembers the events of Christ's passion, death and triumphant resurrection. At Christ Church, we will celebrate Holy Week 2010, beginning Sunday, March 28th to Easter Sunday, April 4th, by embracing the biblical tenets of: Confession, Contemplation, Communion and Celebration.You are encouraged to participate with us in these timeless spiritual practices by:
- Confessing your sins to God privately
- Contemplating the gift of Jesus Christ
- Engaging in Holy Communion with the Christ Church family
- Celebration of the Risen King during our transforming Easter service
During Holy Week, the QUEST College Ministry and Young Adults Ministry invites all college students, international students and young adults to join the Christ Church family during this special time. We will be posting and linking you with Dr. David Ireland's blogs, coverage of events and gatherings as well as ways to invite your family and friends. We also look forward to launching our QUEST Shuttle, starting Easter Sunday!
